How to Find a List of All Assignments Ordered

All of your assignments, both active and completed, can be found here. Each assignment is listed as a line item in the table.

For easy organization, you can sort and filter your content in a few ways:

Filter by Status

At the top of the screen, you will find the "Filter by Status" option. When you click on it, a drop-down menu with all statuses will appear.

Sort assignments by column headers

Sometimes it is useful to sort your assignments based on common data points such as their creation date or status. This can be done by clicking on any of the column headers at the top of the page.

This will automatically sort your assignments by newest to oldest, lowest to highest, or in alphabetical order, depending on the type of data in the column. Clicking on the header again will reverse that order.

As shown above, when a column is sorted, the arrow associated with the direction of sorting will darken. In this example, the list would be sorted A-Z by title.

Search or Filter for a specific word or phrase

Another way to find a specific assignment is to search by an associated word or phrase, such as part of the Job ID or Title. The “Search or Filter” text box in the top right corner of the page will allow you to do just that.

Tip: When ordering assignments, using a standard phrase in the Job ID for all associated content will allow you to use this filter box to group all assignments for a particular project or campaign.
